Im selling my long time turbobrick project that started with 8v turbo(sold all the parts in this forum
) and ended with 5.3LS inside.
Engine:
Almost brand new engine, 2010 year LMF that had only 3000km. Custom fitted to volvo, with oilpan mods, subframe mods.
Eagle rods, wiseco pistons, mahle/clevite performance bearings, custom ported oilpump, cloyes just a hex chain kit,
tick performance stage 3 turbo cam, titanium pushrods, brian tooley double valvesprings.
Borg warner s488 88mm custom turbo by mikes turbo, good for 1350hp, custom manifolds(all stainless) 4" downpipe and 2x3" to the back of the car. 2x tial wastegates to the exhaust.
Big griffin radiator with 3.0d e46 vent, steering fluid cooler, oil cooler.
For the fuel: 2200cc injectors, AEM regulator, 10mm feed and return lines, walbro 450lph intank pump and 2x044 bosch( adding 3rd to make even more power)
Custom adapter for BMW gs6-53dz(6-speed), custom flywheel with tilton 2 disc clutch, front driveshaft is custom bmw and the rear volvo 16v big shaft.
Rear end is narrowed 8.8 explorer with custom heavy duty mountings to chassis, with 3.08gear and lsd. Will nicely fit big drag wheels as at the moment i use 70mm spacers.
Chassis in good condition, lower side panels have been restored. Doors a bit rusty but this is one part of being complete sleeper!!!
BC coilovers, 350mm front discs with big brembo calipers, all new bushings everywhere, hydraulic handbrake.
Maxxecu v1 with 8x egt, e-throttle + many sensors and controllers, android tablet for MDash. Last season dynoed 560kw1060nm @ 1,5bar E85 to wheel (900hp 1270nm engine) by estonian maxxecu mastermind. PULLS LIKE MF!!
Im visiting dyno this year aswell, to see some improvements from few new mods. Last time injectors made the limit.
There has been alot of custom fabrication with everything on the car and all of that i didnt write up.

One mile challenge: should be fastest volvo to my knowing! Did hit the limiter about 200m before the end.
