Onko jollakulla tiedossa tai hallussa jonkinlaista ajatusta miten V60:n hybridin sähköt oikein rakentuu? Onko tuolla sisällä jossain joku sisäinen lautausyksikkö (laturi, tai muuntaja), jonka kautta tämä ulkoinen sähkö muunnetaan akustolle / ajojärjestelmälle sopivaksi? Tekisi mieli osoittaa sitä syylliseksi tähän ongelmaan.

Tässä olisi vieraalla kielellä jotain tietos:
The On-Board Charger Module (OBC) (1) is located in the vehicle's luggage compartment. At the front edge on the high voltage battery.
All communication to and from the On-Board Charger Module (OBC) is via a gateway, gateway OBC (4/149) (2).
The sole task of OBC gateway is to work as an "interpreter" for the On-Board Charger Module (OBC).
Communication between the On-Board Charger Module (OBC) and gateway OBC is via Sensor-CAN.
Gateway OBC is located in the luggage compartment of the vehicle, under the rear seat backrest, in direct connection to the On-Board Charger Module (OBC).
The task of the On-Board Charger Module (OBC) is to, during charging with the charging cord in a 230 V AC system, rectify the voltage for charging the high voltage battery. During charging of the high voltage battery, the 12 V battery is also charged via the DC/DC converter module (DCDC). Furthermore the control module manages and monitors the charging socket's integrated locking mechanism, its temperature and LEDs. The control module also perform checks of the connected charging cord.
If the temperature of the high voltage battery deviates, from what is deemed suitable, during charging with a charging cord in a 230 V AC system, the temperature regulating functions in the vehicle start. The On-Board Charger Module (OBC) is then responsible for powering the required control modules. The correct temperature contributes to safe and efficient charging, as well as to a good battery service life.
Charging works best at outdoor temperatures between -10 °C and 30 °C.
The internal temperature of the On-Board Charger Module (OBC) is monitored by two temperature sensors, integrated in the Battery charger OBC. Too low a temperature means less power and efficiency during external charging of the high voltage battery, or that charging does not occur at all. Battery charger OBC will automatically continue charging the battery when the temperature is back to normal.
Note! For safety, an Interlock is used. This are two 12 V loops that run in parallel to the high voltage system, in the same connectors. The interlock closes in the relevant connector. These 12 V loops are used to detect that all connectors are properly connected before the high voltage system is switched on. If the interlock is broken, i.e. if a connector is opened, the high voltage system is interrupted. The Inverter Electric Rear Axle Drive Module (IEM), Inverter Generator Module (IGM) and Air Conditioning Compressor Module (ACCM) are included in loop A and On-Board Charger Module (OBC) and DC/DC converter module (DCDC) are included in loop B, both loops join in the service switch MSD which is in the high voltage battery BECM.
Signals
The table below summarises the input and output signals to and from the gateway OBC. Signal types are divided into directly connected signal, as well as signals transmitted via CAN.
Information is transferred between the gateway OBC and other control modules via HS-CAN and/or via Sensor-CAN.
