Niitä vaihdettuja osia useimpia pystyy yleismittarilla mittaamaan, samoin johtosarjaa voi mitata kun kyllä sekin voi olla rikki. Boksi voi olla väärällä ohjelmalla tai osittain rikki, kuten taisin jo sanoa mulla oli joskus xc90 boksi joka toimi muuten mutta ei antanut tarpeeksi sähköä vesipumpulle. Flame sensor: We connect a voltmeter to it. Close the eye of the photocell with your finger — 0V. Shine on it with a flashlight — 0.4V. Works.
Temperature sensor: We are connected with an ohmmeter in 0-20kOhm. At a temperature in the garage of about 15 grams it shows — 14.2 kOhm. We heat it — the resistance changes in a smaller direction. Works.
Overheat thermostat: Thermostat Termik H06 100.05. Normally closed. It works at 100g. It is dumped at — 70-75gr. (I don’t remember exactly from the datasheet). I tried to heat it — it does not work on breaking the contact. Questionable. I'll check it in boiling water.
Candle: ARDIC 3730104 Beru. We are connected with an ohmmeter at 0-200 ohms. Initially checked showed 5.6 ohms. I looked at my colleagues should have been about 0.9 ohms. I thought that the candle cranks, but the nichrome was visually whole. Doubts crept in about the received Ohms. I washed it in a cleaner, blew it. I connected it directly to 12V for a short time (for 5-10 seconds) and ignited it, let it cool, then blew it again, ignited it and as a result, 0.9 Ohm turned out on the cooled candle. Where is the logic I hz but the resistance is normal and okay.
